I have 2 browsers: Chrome and Opera. Opera has its own VPN and is the default browser.

When I run Emule / Options / Connection / Test Ports; emule invokes the default browser Opera, it opens a page: http://www.emule-pro...=1033&l=1&obf=1 (I removed the client hash). The TCP test fails. Undeterred, I open Chrome, and past the URL in to test it again. This time both the TCP and UDP test pass.

So it seems to me that the emule port test fails when using VPN. Is it beyond the ken of the dev team to recognize when a client has VPN enabled browser and warn against that?
