Emule 0.50A can't find exe to download and install

Please help !
I've been using Emule 0.50a for years with great pleasure !
Yesterday I lost everything on my windows pc !
I am now looking for an exe for Emule 0.50a.
Where to find it ?

Ho dovuto ri istallare windows7-64BT dopo che windows10 non andava.
adesso non mi istalla più emule l'icona non si apre
Grazie per un aiuto.
