Hi all,
I've two installs of XP on my PC, on one I run the official client, and on the other I run MorphXT.

Two separate install folders, but some of the shared files are the same. I've recently encountered
this messages on both the official client and MorphXT:

4/13/2016 4:09:33 PM: Failed to load known2_64.met file - Encountered a sharing violation while accessing I:\program files\eMule\config\known2_64.met

Sharing violation? What does it mean? I deleted the known2_64.met in the official client. It rehashed all
the files, but the problem later re-occurred.

EDIT this was apparently a problem with my anti virus (avast Free)
as soon as I put in an exclusion for i:\program files|emule\config\*
the problem went away and all files successfully hashed.

Very good.
You also might like to exclude Temp directory from antivirus scan, because checking incomplete and changing .part files could use a lot of CPU power for nothing; and scan could interfere with files' completion too.
