No, the eServer's listed for ED2K are indexing servers for users connected under 2G-P2P scheme, which has nothing to do with UseNET. In the past UseNET provider UseNeXT did operate few ED2K eServers but the server itself didn't support alt newsbin access for users as they had others for primary and secondary. But yes it is possible to host ED2K and UseNET simultaneously but mostly no one in the past have done it in the past. As each service would be deployed on same unit under different dedicated ports and since each would be using its own protocol there would be no conflicts other then just need massive amount of bandwidth.
