I just installed Windows 7 and Emule. At first it went OK, but now anything that I select to download (it will show green) does not show up in the downloads. When I go back to select it again, it will show black and not selected. Most of these are a torrents, and all show 100%.

Also, everything that is in the downloads (from before the above happened) is very slow to download.

Any suggestions?

eMule does not handle the torrent protocol, so probably you downloaded the wrong program.
I would recommend you to check the download page again; to do so, click here.
When you are sure you have got the correct program installed, check the folder destination of both the temporary files and the finished files in Options - Directories, they should *NOT* be under the Program Files folder.
