Well, since Win10 as I hear from many people, and as for my own experience, Internet Speed was decreased enormously because our PC is used almost as Dedicated Server to updates of others PCs. Two days ago I was trying to get some things from eMule but all the time my connection crashed and, to see the reason, I entered the Windows Update and there I've seen updates in progress. I do not know if this can be published here and if some other users are experiencing the same thing, but the truth is that downloadings are being sacrificed, intentionally or not, I do not know.

By the way, I think you know you can modify those settings.

That should decrease upload speed, not download. Downloading updates takes rather short time.

Well, fox88 with me it is going in the opposite direction. Explaining: the uploads are in full throatle but my downloads... are going like a turtle! You see, I have 10Mb of net speed and to download I fixed 960kbs; to upload 96. At least I thought that downloads should be a little more quick. Yes, I know that this depends on the number of seeds to a file but, even so things doesn't seems so 'natural' as I thought should go.

Click start, settings, update & security, windows update, advanced options, choose how updates are delivered, turn it off.
Or leave it on, but select/tick pcs on my local network instead of pcs on my local network, and pcs on the internet.

What do you mean by full throttle? Setting upload limit too high chokes your connection.
