This morning I have downloaded few documents with extension epub; few minutes ago I just wanted to check whether I have missed any, but I could not find any epub document any longer, also those I have already downloaded (can only find pdf and doc): any suggestion? Many thanks ... Ermanno

You can also check shared files tab: in the search-on-the-fly edit box (under the lightning and shared files(number)) you can type epub.

Maybe I was not very clear: the epub I have downloaded in the morning are still available in the incoming folder, but if I search again for them in the search tab of emule, I cannot find them any longer. By the way, I have tried other searches for other documents, and emule shows me only pdf, doc and txt, but not others like epub or mobi (which were shown in the past days): is it possible that there is a sort of filter somewhere in emule? In the search tab type @ext=epub for finding epub files.
Or @ext=mobi for finding mobi files.
Try the kad method and the global method.
Before you are searching with global, choose first a server with a high number of indexed files.

Thanks for the hints; however, it seems that the problem is inside my emule, as now sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I will try to re-install it ...

Reinstalling emule won't work (if you already have the correct and official version).
You should specify what isn't working...
