i have used wizaard tO research port indicated from programm but Fiber (100 MB9 ARE NOT INDICATED) therefore Kad and E2 eo not work
please advise how to do or give me link to read as i havent locate any

Hello, that wizard is about connection speed, not ports.

Fix your serverslist, start downloading something and Kad will connect later.
In eMule Options - Server, options that have to be checked are only: "Use smart LowID check on connect", "Safe Connect" and "Use priority system". Remove all other checkmarks.
In Servers click on a server and use Ctrl and A to select all servers, choose, if possibile, Remove From Static List, rightclick on a server and choose Remove All Servers.
In Update server.met from URL paste one of the following (or all if you like):

http://shortypower.org/server.met
http://gruk.org/server.met.gz
http://serveurs.emule-french.org
http://upd.emule-security.org/server.met
http://peerates.net/servers.php

and hit Update.
Rightclick on PeerBooter and choose Priority - Low, repeat for PEERATES.NET, click Disconnect and then Connect.
