After I downloaded ip filter from http://downloads.sou...el/ipfilter.rar, I found I couldn't link to emule lover server which is important, helpful and useful for most chinese users, because it's rather hard for most chinese to get a high id from official servers. I'm very sure that this server is not fake or contain any virus so i just want emulers to change the ip filter list.
Although there are many leeches in china, there are still many people fond of sharing their files.
