On Board Audio And Emule

When I have eNule running I experience crackling in my on board audio and the audio voices start to sound slow (like when your batteries are dying) on an old Walkman. Once I turn off eMule it goes back to normal. Not sure why it does it. What can I do. ?

It might depend on your hardware and software.
AC97 were known to be noisy.
Try to search for sound word in topic titles in this forum.
