It says it's: "eDonkeys bridge for kademlia users". What exactly does this mean? Is this like the usual ED2K server or how exactly is it related to KAD ? Also, why is it marked in red on Gruk? Any specific reason?

you will find with e2dk search only, only files without copyright.
ed2k servers are in my view a bridge to find faster kad points

How exactly can they filter content? Based on filenames? Sounds very difficult to either blacklist or whitelist content...

They can filter content in accordance with lugdunum documentation and eDonkey2000 documentation.
Quite surely they use a whitelist and it should be very hard to keep this list up to date.

Is it possible to utilize server only as an accelerator for KAD? Sort of like a "SuperNode". Clients would still run the usual KAD, just with the help of these servers to connect faster between other nodes instead of slow crawling between them? Granted, I know only basic theory behind KAD so I might be asking dumb stuff, but still, seeing how slow KAD shares files, how slowly it searches and how long it takes to spread the "web", some helper like this would be appreciated.
