Besides, the "new" Incoming folder appears "empty" but the old Incoming folder is there with all my downloaded files. Is there a way to transfer these files to the "new" one?

If you already setup your router check if this IP matches, if you didn't tell us your router manufacturer and model or find an answer by yourself on portforward.com

Log in your router here click Advanced, then NAT, then Virtual Servers.
You used the obsolete couple of ports 4662 and 4672, so you should find eMule in the dropdown menu Application there, choose it and put your IP in Local IP Address, in the previous example it's 192.168.1.2, save and reboot eMule.
About the directories: change eMule directories in options to point to the old paths.

No, it was never marked.
What Windows you are using,
where eMule is installed,
what is selected in Options > Extended > Sharing eMule with other computer users
and where is Incoming directory in Options > Directories?

I will do what you have said to see if I come out of the problem. The only strange thing is that it is asked a name and a password and, for sure, I do not have any, except the one to access the Forum. May be even reinstall eMule, in the last instance, can be a good option since I am a `Donkey`in these cases and after the last crash in my `Rwindows` (by alliteration `ruim` in Portuguese has the same sound of rwin and means bad) I became afraid, for being a donkey, of all for its weakness lol lol lol.

Try admin and admin and/or read in your router manual.

No, it is not, never.
Why do you want to do so? For your old files you just have to change paths in Options - Directories, please read and answer to fox88, too.

Your modem is also a router.
Its gateway/ip address is (should be) http://192.168.1.1
Its username is (should be) ZXDSL.
The password too.
On portforward.com there are different pictures about it, and one is similar to my router (sitecom WL118).
Check the following pictures and see if they are similar to what you see on your router configuration:
Then, check if your router has got the "reserve ip address"/"static dhcp" function... Mine hasn't got it (you should set a static IP BEFORE you disable the dhcp; if you don't know how to do it, ask!):
If you need help on the static IP, don't hesitate to ask.
Hope this helps!

I am in debt with you all for abandoning my post for a certain period. Lots of problems. But now I will retake it and follow all you have said to see if I can get a solution. For now, many many thanks for your attention.

Answering your questions:
1 - I'm using Win7;
2 - I have 3 HDs: one for Win and other programs; one for My Documents; and another especifically for eMule. In this one nothing is marked in "config,Db,incoming, lang, temp and webservers";
3 - Options > Directories is marked, by default in the installation: "Each user has its own configuration and downloads".
I don't know if this will help you to understand a little of the salad I have made in the re-installation, but at this I didn't pay attention and eMule was installed in the HD for Win and programs. I uninstalled it and reinstalled in the correct HD. Only that, I don't know why, in x86, Downloads remained a folder Download and there there is a File named eMule with two archives: Downloads and Temp. What I have seen is that Temps and Downloads are being store in these ones and not in the HD of the eMule. I am in dobut if I can delete the Folder "eMule" from my C without damn the stupid of the Windows.
On the other hand, as I said above, in the HD of the eMule in Options > Directories, "Config, Db, Incoming, Lang, Temp and Webservers" and nothing is marked

That is the statndard choice for Win7. Then eMule stores configuration somewhere in User directory (you could read the link above again for more details).
But you did not provide the path name of current eMule installation.
Also you did not tell, what are your Incoming and Temp directories in Options > Directories. Path names in entry fields, not marked tree nodes.
Only additional shares are marked, not standard ones.
Usually changing Incoming and Temp directories will help.

If still not working try a free trial of a different internet security and see if that helps. As soon as I tried bitdefender free month trial all was good. Maybe other security software will work but I know for sure BD worked for me. Wont take long to give it a try, If it doesnt work uninstall and put your old one back. good luck.
