There are so many records like these in my logs. Do they make my network so bad? I can upload at full speed, but get very low download speed. <My english is not good, and I hope you can understand.>

Can you offer more information about question 2 ? I'm from China. Many of my friends got more records like that since July. And the Kademlia seems to be unstable.
Do I need to filter those recorded IP addresses?

Well no but maybe you can help me .....

I have a Flood of CHinese Clents "(chn)shoahan" like 6-9 at a time same IP, emule 48a client, Server : ?, Kad not supported, Obs: Not Supported, BUT HIGH ID, and 1 Client Same IP taking 6-9 slots in my uploads, STREAMING 6-9 different files like they are watching them, I seen a hack on utube 4 twisting VLC to stream torrents or ED2k, is this the sort of downloads You do ?, cause with 6-9 same client, 6-9 different files, all getting 30kb, but since I turned on Obsfucated only, they are gone ....

I see this amongst piles others BANS in my verbose, cause they using a MOD, and they don't even share files, I cannot find any of the 200GB this 1 Client has got from me, in any search, other clients yes, with other files in same Collection ...

So I because of these MODs, just ripping system, Obfuscated ONLY may be the way to go ...

I want to Spread the Files, if this "Client" answered a message, I would have just FTP the 256GB lot, to save time, if they would help share, but ignores all communication, as well ...

There is a Monty Python song, which I don't like, as much as b4, cause they bringing emule to it's knees ....

I was only pretending to nice to these Chinese file strip miners, but thank you for info, this has been a building issue it seems, these clients I talked about using the Chinese software, thru a ip in Cambridge UK, my weirdo-meter fell off the wall for a while, but Obfuscation seems to have nobbled them ..... Also last week before the windows update that was 22 years late, they where in upload que with NO Client details, and NO details on what they where downloading, just like 6-9 30kb holes in que, after that update, I could get some details on the swine ...

Those clients with same IP may be leechers. There are many softwares in China like xunlei(迅雷) steal from ed2k network. They also use "Offline servers" to act like clients.

183.62.21.45 This IP may be part of the GFW. I suggest you to filter it.

I checked first 5 ranges in my rather old IP filter.
All were present though not that as wide as from *.0 to *.255
So I think these bad address ranges were known already for quite a while, but still few people use IP filers.
