Recently I have noticed that whenever my computer does an update and is restarted, everything that has completed or been deleted reappears. It's tedious, but each time I start the process of weeding out the stuff I have or the stuff I don't want (i.e. things that have been waiting for sources for quite a while,) I get a message that says I have to go in and delete the parts manually. Is there anything I can do to eliminate this problem?

Could you post the exact error message?

I have chosen both yes and no and the results are the same; every time there are updates and the computer needs to restart, I end up having everything that I've deleted or that has completed back in the downloads. I'm on the verge of just deleting the entire program and loosing everything I am currently downloading.

It seems more a PC problem than an emule problem.
What OS are you using? (32 bit or 64 bit, sp1, sp2, sp3, home basic, home premium, pro, ultimate, and so forth)
Where do you have downloaded emule? (correct website is sourceforge.net)
What emule version is installed? (or are you using the portable folder?)
Are you using a mod or the official version?
