Low Id / Ports "tcp/udp" Is Not Reachable Ports are closed!!!

Hi,
Please forgive me for openning a topic fast .

My question is : is there some ports that Emule uses to be connected "Reachable" ?! I used to check many Ports but most of them are not Reachable Specially the TCP please help if there is a Specific Ports open for Emule or lets say the best Ports to use for it .

eMule chooses ports randomly and that is good.
You have to setup your router, not to change eMule ports.

I did forward the router but still the ports which randomly chosen still not reachable specially the TCP meaning will not get anything .
