Slow Downloads All The Time

I really cannot believe this emule as its been downloading just about 2 files all day at b/s not KB/s I have set up emule ports ok in router it shows a high ID all i get is 187 B/s so dam annoying waste of time

Is your connections speed slow when eMule is in use?
