Emule Disconnected!

Hello

I'm new to this forum. I just downloaded Emule but it's always disconnected and when I start a search it says ''you are not connected to a server or the kad network!''
I don't know how to fix this, I need help.

Get an updated serverslist from gruk (click), connect eMule to a server at least, click here and here, too.
