Setting up a port mapping does NOT mean you will get a high ID, it's just your router that's being set up.

Anyways, the error SEAMS to originate from the deletion of old rules but it's hard to tell without further information or maybe an ASSERT/dump... does this happen every time you start eMule, i.e. can you reproduce it?

Yes, the problem is in Windows, but eMule should warn something is not going on.

True.

What would I do?

This happens every time, if I restart UPnP sometimes the problem is fixed.
I disabled MiniUPnP implementation in Preferences.Ini because I'd like to solve this.

From my POV there's currently nothing YOU can do but you may prove useful because you can reproduce the issue and verify if it's fixed or try debug builds that put our more information. :angelnot:

You may give kMule a try: we use a more recent miniUPnP version and some minor tweaks... would be interesting if the issue can be solved by updating the libraries. If NOT and you're still willing to help, I can supply you with a build that puts our more information. :flowers:

The windows service UPnP implementation is not related to the miniUPNP library.

MiniUPnP works.

In kMule Options - Extended - Open Preferences.ini I can read

[UPnP]
EnableUPnP=1
SkipWANIPSetup=0
SkipWANPPPSetup=0
CloseUPnPOnExit=1
LastWorkingImplementation=0
DisableMiniUPNPLibImpl=1
DisableWinServImpl=0

eMule is open I start kMule and in eMule Servers - Log I get

13/02/2014 11.29.10: UPnP device state variable PortMappingNumberOfEntries changed to 2 in urn:upnp-org:serviceId:WANPPPConn1
13/02/2014 11.29.11: UPnP device state variable PortMappingNumberOfEntries changed to 3 in urn:upnp-org:serviceId:WANPPPConn1
13/02/2014 11.29.12: UPnP device state variable PortMappingNumberOfEntries changed to 2 in urn:upnp-org:serviceId:WANPPPConn1
13/02/2014 11.29.13: UPnP device state variable PortMappingNumberOfEntries changed to 1 in urn:upnp-org:serviceId:WANPPPConn1

and LowID on both programs.

I can test whatever you want anyway.

A new try, kMule works, eMule don't, eMule 'breaks' things if I restart eMule UPnP. I think it can be the opposite (kMule 'breaks' eMule UPnP), but I'll try it later because it needs several tries.

Today things works as intended.
I keep reporting everything, I don't know if it's useful.

18/02/2014 10.18.12: Found UPnP device: Belkin N150 Wireless MR (WAN Con) (ChildLevel: 0, UID: uuid:00000000-0000-0001-0002-08863b6fd546)

svchost (192.168.2.3:1069) 34502 UDP 1069
Teredo 192.168.2.5 53560 UDP 53560

after

svchost (192.168.2.3:1069) 34502 UDP 1069
Teredo 192.168.2.5 53560 UDP 53560
eMule TCP 192.168.2.3 30679 TCP 30679
eMule UDP 192.168.2.3 30689 UDP 30689

My first broter's PC 'stolen' my IP 192.168.2.2 because I didn't use my computer during to a router reboot, I think.
192.168.2.5 is my second brother's laptop, Windows 8.
'eMule TCP' and 'eMule UDP' was added by eMule, not by me.
