Very valid point. pupet can definitely post this Mod, but he might have to rename it to something else and say that its based on Katana if he doesnt have permission from pP to use Katana name.

Further updates IPFilter and IPCountry are obsolete, how can update a MOD without these concerns?

I found pP's bins & srcs. The 1 thread was dated: 2012-03-18

Hardly anybody Mods anymore, and when a new Mod gets posted people complain.

If a new Mod does something thats not allowed I would rather see users point out the problem(s) and ask for it to be fixed and then give the Modder time to correct whats wrong before demanding "remove it instantly". The remove it now negativity doesnt help encourage the creation of new Mods. Especially when theres not many native English speakers here so theres a potential language barrier issue. pupet speaks French, and that could be his 2nd language.
