any problem causes reboot of pc, example is electric stop(in summer) or blue screen of pc........

so, I would tell that the need of safty......

after any accidentclose,,,,,,,,,, the eMule setting is on some error, example(in category file disappears,,,,,,,, and some file name color is green(this means this file is deleted), spammark disappearing, and etc..)

I guess this is caused because this file is not real time renew, unlike some real time renew file(*.met).........

you can anable in emule>options>extended : Safe .met / .dat file writing > Always

Quote

On newer operating systems using NTFS as file system there is usually no need to change this option. If downloads are reproducibly lost on crashes or eMule shut downs the safer method should be tried.
Depending on the hardware used, this option may notably increase disk activity / system load or prolong eMule's shut down!

Never
eMule will never use extra safety measures to commit the .met and .dat files to disk on application exit.
On shutdown
eMule will use extra safety measures to commit the .met and .dat files to disk on application exit. This may prolong the time needed for shut down.
Always
The safety measures are used on every write access to these files.

In eMule's default settings this kind of safety should be switched on. In general the default setting should be the preferred setting.

Yes, "always" should be the default setting. Eventually it could also become preferences.ini-only thing, I don't think there's any need for the average user to disable it.
So poste ich richtig! (besonders Punkt 2 beachten)
