OK, I think I was not very clear when posted the first time. This way, I prefer to re-post my questions:
I have a very small HD which is completely full and I do not have conditions anymore to download. then, I've bought a new one, bigger, that will replace the old one.
So, what I want to know is: how I reinstall e-mule in this new HD without loosing any data from the old one? On the other hand, how can I keep my username in the new one without having the message that 'the name already exists'?

Option 1:
Just copy your old temp directory to the new disk and set the path to that in the eMule settings.
You may want to make a new incoming directory too.
Option 2:
Make a temp directory on the new hdd and set the path to that in the eMule settings.
Then under tools there is a .part file import utility. You can select your old temp directory in it and eMule will automatically start importing the old files to the new location.
This may take a considerable time though. Longer than just copying them. But the result will be cleaner.
CAREFULL: you cannot move sparse files and keep them sparse. So the size of the part files on the new disks will be the actual file size. You have to check in advance if your HDD is big enough for that.

If I have understood, you are going to replace a HDD for another, and you are not to get connected both disks at any time.
Then you have to:
1.- Get a backup copy of config, temp and incoming folders (Paths for theese folders depends on O.S and Share files option) on another unit if possible
2.- Replace HDD
3.- Restore folders from backup to new HDD
4.- Install eMule
If new disk gets same unit say D: as old one just run eMule, if new unit is different then you have to set new paths in Options/Directories and restart eMule.
Cheers:D

Many many thanks DatHebIkWeer!!!
I will try this and hope I succeed!!!
As for the size of the new HD I think it is big enough. My old one is only 380MB and the new one has 1.5Tb
