I'm Able To Connect To Servers But Uploads Won't Start

I have a strange problem. I'm able to connect to servers and Kad but I'm unable to upload. I recently had a problem with my router and I had to do a factory reset to get it working again and this problem started right after this happened.

I setup port forwarding again and when I test my ports everything is fine. I can download without a problem, I just can't upload. I set my upload limit to 40kB/s, just like it was before and my shared folder has not changed. Previously, whenever I connected to a server, my uploads would begin immediately. I don't know how to fix this. I've changed ports, thinking that my ISP might be blocking uploads from eMule but that didn't work.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Thanks.

edit: I forgot to mention that when I use BitTorrent, I can upload the same way I did before so I don't think it's a router issue.

edit #2: Quick update: After letting the client run for 20 minutes, I'm now uploading to a few people. I wonder if somehow my credits got wiped out and it's taking time for peers to find me.

Because the troubles started after router's reset, I'd think about it in the first place.
For example, the router could be (slightly) malfunctioning now; or maybe you did not restore all the necessary settings.

Do you know that running more than one p2p application might need specially configured windows networking? Skype uses a few connections too.

Since your credits are stored at peer's computers, you cannot wipe it. Besides, credits have nothing to do with finding sources. You should have read Docs.

Are there fake servers in the Servers list? Please see this topic for the necessary information to give out here.

I restored all of the settings, including port forwarding.

I'll search for that info in the docs. I use gruk's list so there shouldn't be any fake servers. I've even tested 3-4 of the servers on gruk's list and the same thing happens. Maybe my router is still malfunctioning and not accepting requests right away. I'll do some further testing.

Thanks.

(Actually, in these days) Last six servers on gruk list ( gruk.org/list.php ), and the first, could be problematics (bad files indexing, difficulties to connect to them, filtering ISPs)

INCONCEIVABLE! - You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

No, I do not. I mean OS limits the number of simultaneous connections.

This limitation is separate from my router issue. Aside from the problem I had with my router, nothing has changed on my PC.

Thanks for the info. Both eDonkey Server No2 & TV Underground No1 return search results for me. This problem remains unresolved as my uploads don't begin until after being connected for about 10 minutes. If I'm able to figure out what's causing this I'll post the info here.
