Hi,

One of my friend how's doing business is thinking about using emule to share mp3 in his music streamer software.
Is that a legal practice, considering your licence?

Thanks,
lep

yes you can share whatever you want via emule, there are hundreds (even heard of thousands) of modified emule clients, and the software is open source. You may want to hide your ip via a good vpn to be safe, although many on emule don't use such software, it never hurts to do so. Be sure though that he uses a fair client as if he doesnt' though his client might be considered a rogue client and be banned from many.
