I'm getting low ID error. I tried every possibility,
disabled windows and wireless router's firewall, then
added exception to windows firewall,
forwarded the derised ports (using portforward.com)
Used UPNP option from emule (my router supports UPNP setting)(and it says I have succesfully forwarded my ports, but still in testing, I get Low ID)
Used DMZ option of router
But after every try, I got low ID on test, and also eMule "My Info" indicates I have low ID,
How can get high ID?
Gateway Core2 Duo, 2GB ram

used best server.met from 2eDK site
have 1 Mbps DSL connection (on average 120 KB/s download and 30 KB/s upload)
Belkin wireless router F7D5301 v1
And I wirelessly connected to router

No still I have low ID. I just follow what he said, execpt point 3.,4. because eMule was giving me a error ".....connection to server was reset", so therefore I manually downloaded ipfilter.zip and extracted to eMule config folder. Besides this I did all things according to his instruction.
Now I'm downloading some files, but at very low speed (3 to 10 kb/s), still have low ID?
Please help me

Missing informations:
- name of your ISP, name of your connection
- How many servers do you have into your list and where do you get them from?
- Describe how your devices are arranged.
example:
- telephone jack - adsl filter - ethernet modem - router - 3 pc (1 wireless, 2 wired)
- How many pcs are using p2p programs (emule or others) and which ports they are using. - Screenshots of your router menus are welcome:
- UPNP
- DHCP
- virtual server/port forwarding or similar
- eventual firewall screen (of your router) - Have you put static ip to your pc (into tcp/ip properties of your connection properties)?
Here too, a screenshot would be welcome. - Are you using peerguardian/peerblock/ip filters or similars? And what of those?
- And: actual status of your windows firewall, actual status of emule upnp checkbox ("use upnp..."), actual status of your dmz router menu.........

PTCL (Pakistan's Public telephone service provider, "DSLAM Infrastructure North")

I have 1 Mbps DSL connection (telephone and net both run on same wire). In routine on normal http/torrent downloads I get ~120 KB/s (16 KB/s upload)
Quote
I use this "http://www.peerates.net/servers.php"
As I mentioned previously followed exactly this "Getting And Keeping Reliable Server List ?" to get server list. Except points 3.,4. because eMule was giving me an error ".....connection to server was reset", therefore I manually downloaded ipfilter.zip and extracted to eMule config folder. Besides this I did all things according to instructions that was given in above link.
Quote
example:
- telephone jack - adsl filter - ethernet modem - router - 3 pc (1 wireless, 2 wired)
I have telephone line from PTCL (Public Telephone service provider), which is then split on two wires by a splitter which is provided by ISP, one goes to my Telephone and other goes to a modem which is also given by ISP by a telephone jack. And Modem have 4 LAN jacks and one separate yellow color LAN jack through which my Belkin N150 wireless router is connected. And my Laptop and all other devices are wirelessly connected to my Belkin router. This is the arrangement:
Telehone line > line Splitter > Modem via telephone jack > Wireless router via LAN jack > All devices connected wirelessly (two PCs, two handheld)

Right now I'm only using Flashget, utorrent and eMule simultaneously.
Two PCs are using p2p program, one is only using utorrent, and other (my Laptop) is using many p2p programs:
Utorrent (listing port = 52658)
Shareaza (6346)
Mldonkey (I don't know)
Flashget (BT= 4041, 18467. eD2K =38349, 34485 )
eMule (TCP=56507, UDP=28837)
Freenet (39357/UDP, 29583/UDP, 8888/TCP, 9481/TCP)
Lime Wire Pirate Edition (Gnutella port 36784, BT 6881 to 6889)
All are using their default ports. I didn't change port of any program.

Yes, on eMule, as I mentioned above, from here (http://emulepawcio.s...et/ipfilter.zip ).
eMule, wasn't able to download ipfilter.zip, therefore manually placed it in eMule config folder.

I have added exception for eMule in firewall:

I think you are using too many ways to forward emule ports...
disable upnp (emule and router)
disable dmz
disable firewalls (emule and router)
restart your connection/router and your pc

ADSL Modem
My modem model # AN1020-16T
Manufacturer # Fiberhome Technologies
I have disabled UPnP (emule and router), but my modem also have UPnP, that is enabled by default.

Modem UPnP by junfrared, on Flickr
I have Disabled DMZ (router, My modem page also have DMZ setting but I didn't add any DMZ host on that page)
I have disabled firewalls (windows and router, but don't have firewall setting on eMule,)
I have examined all links of modem page to see if they have any firewall ,but I didn't find any firewall setting
The Router's Virtual Server is still enable, b/c you didn't say to disable it
My Modem page also have lot of different setting like my router, but didn't alter anything there.
Now these setting are enable by default or you didn't say to disable them:
Modem UPnP
Router Virtual Server for eMule TCP/UDP ports
After all type of restart, I still have low ID.
Here is a page which also suggest how port forward on my modem, but right now didn't change any setting of my Modem. Please suggest now what should I do?

First router should forward your emule ports to your second router IP
(you can find it probably in first router: status - dchp clients)
example: if your first router has 192.168.1.1 like gateway, your second router could have 192.168.1.2 like ip address, and you should forward your ports to that 192.168.1.2
Second router should forward your emule ports to your PC IP
example: if your second router has 192.168.2.1 like gateway, your pc could have 192.168.2.4 like ip address, and you should forward your ports to that 192.168.2.4
And yes, disable upnp, dmz, firewalls everywhere, at least up to you have high id... After you'll get high id, set only a firewall (or enable router firewalls and check if you have high id again, then you can set a firewall on your pc)

I access my modem (router 1) page through this IP:
192.168.1.1
And it has its DHCP list:

And I access my Belkin router (router 2) page through this IP:
192.168.2.1
And it is its DHCP list:

This is my computer ipconfig screen shot:

I forwarded ports on router 1 (modem) like this:

And on router 2 (Belkin wireless router) like this:

Now where did I go wrong?, b/c after all restarts still I'm getting Low ID?

Thank you very much, now I have High ID, everything is alright.
Also I have enabled router's Firewall, and then windows' Firewall, after enabling these firewalls everything is alright.
Thank you once again for you help and support.
Well I'm getting 30 KB/s right now on a file which has 5(1) sources, is there a way I can improve more? on normal downloads my speed reach to 120 KB/s.
