Hello,

I have been using emule for years without a problem,now suddenly started getting the :"No answer from your 4662 port...".I am using the same pc,the same connection,the same router,same ISP.I have Avira free antivirus and vista home premium 32 bit.I have a Sagem3304V2_58C040 router.
I have both ports fowarded on my router and made exeptions in windows firewall.
I have red all the topics in here and tried all the solutions with no results.
I have tried to install emule again
Tried new ports,
Dowloaded new server list (http://www.peerates.net/servers.php),
Tried obfuscation,
Delete these files in emule config directory: key_index.dat, load_index.dat, nodes.dat, preferencesKAD.dat, src_index.dat.
Tried turning windows firewall off and avira too.
Tried fixed IP.
Upnp is disabled. Max connections is in 400.
No one seems to be able to download from me either, my "uploading" screen is blank, and that never happened before. I have shared files.
The emule TCP and UDP test is successful (exept when connected than fails).If I connect and disconnect and do the test it fails.
Called my ISP they said they are no restriction on the ports.
Ed2k always low ID,sometimes unknown ip and port and sometimes with right ip and port but still low ID.Also says KAD firewalled when there is expection for it in windows firewall the only firewall on my pc.On rare occasion KAD status change to open for no reason(no change!).
When I use (http://canyouseeme.org/) to test my 4662 port the test says it can see service.
Again it was working fine before and I did not change anything in my settings or my PC (no new install). Can anybody please help?

First try: disable your windows firewall, disable UPNP in emule and into the router, restart pc and router.
If you obtain high id, set your win firewall.

If it doesn't work:

• How many servers do you have into your list and where do you get them from?
  
• Describe how your devices are arranged; example:
  - telephone jack - adsl filter - ethernet modem - router - 3 pc (1 wireless, 2 wired)
  
• How many pcs are using p2p programs (emule or others) and which ports they are using.
  
• Screenshots of your router menus are welcome:
  - UPNP
  - DHCP
  - virtual server/port forwarding or similar
  - eventual firewall screen (of your router)
  
• Have you put static ip to your pc (into tcp/ip properties of your connection properties)?
  
• Here too, a screenshot would be welcome.
  
• Are you using peerguardian/peerblock/ip filters or similars? And what of those?

I tried to disable windows firewall and UPNP in emule and the router, no high id.
I had a long list of servers all were giving me high ID before problems began,when reinstalled emule got servers from (http://www.peerates.net/servers.php,I have 6 servers all low id.
I use one router Sagem3304V2, have 1 pc connected and a PS3 (that also use some ports for psn they are still working).Pc is connceted with cable not using wifi.
I use pOrts 4662 and 4672 and they are fowarded.My router does not have UPNP;and the firewall is set on minimal.
I tried static ID and putting it into tcp/ip properties of my connection properties.
I am not using peerguardian/peerblock/ip filters or anything similar.I have avire FREE antivirus.
Again I use the same router with the same PC,same ISP,no new program.When I test port in (http://canyouseeme.org/)it says it can see service on 4662.And I pass the emule tpc and udp test.

Peerates list gives 10 servers at the moment, thus it is strange you have 6 servers...
Check if you have "tools - ip filter..." window without numbers (all blank).

If you have low id on servers and high id on kad network (on the little globe, you can see two arrows yellow and green), check if servers send you this message (through server log, into server tab):

Your ip (XXX.XXX.XXX.0) ends with a 0. The edonkey protocol assigns a LOWID to you. It's OK, dont panic !

Otherwise, check the IP assigned to your PS3, and shows your screenshots (IPs of your pc, IPs of your PS3, screenshots of your router)...
