I have EMule 0.50a MorphXT v12.6 (Cable-Modem)

Still have a low ID. The Servers hardly connect.

I tried the following:

switch off all firewalls (soft and hard) (The cablemodem is also a wireless router)
UPnP (no success)
tried various Ports
Port-test always negative
KAD firewalled

a question: is it possible that the provider is the cause for the low ID?

am glad for any help

Or these:

1) Make sure you know how to reset (to factory defaults) your device and note down the data for connecting to your ISP.
(in case of troubles, you can reset the router and you'll need those data - vpi - vci - username and password of your connection, and so forth... these data are personal/private, you_SHOULD_NOT_post_them_here --- ONLY you should know them).
2) name of your ISP, name of your connection and, possibly, downstream and upstream bandwiths
3) How many servers do you have into your list and where do you get them from?
4) Manufacturer and model of your router?
5) Describe how your devices are arranged.
example:
- telephone jack - adsl filter - ethernet modem - router - 3 pc (1 wireless, 2 wired)
6) How many pcs are using p2p programs (emule or others) and which ports they are using.
7) Screenshots of your router menus are welcome:
- UPNP
- DHCP
- virtual server/port forwarding or similar
- eventual firewall screen (of your router)
8) Have you put static ip to your pc (into tcp/ip properties of your connection properties)?
Here too, a screenshot would be welcome.
9) Which firewalls/antiviruses are present/installed on your pc?
10) Are you using peerguardian/peerblock/ip filters or similars? And what of those?
INCONCEIVABLE! - You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Hello, here some more information about my problem:

Software: EMule 0.50a. Also tried MorphXT 12.6 and Xtreme 8.1 with all three no result

Cable-Modem with integrated LAN-Router and Wireless-Router: Thomson TWG 870
Connection: TV-Cable, 50Mbit down, 5Mbit up
Provider:UPC-Cablecom in Switzerland

Setting: Modem->Wireless->Wireless-Adapter D-Link DWA-131->PC with Windows XP SP3
No fixed IP between Modem and PC (DHCP on)
UPnP switched off in EMule and in Router (but tried both on, without result)
Firewalls: one in Router/Soft-FW in Kaspersky Internet-Security 2011/FW in Windows.
tried to switch all three off, no result

Firewall in router: no ports blocked (menu empty)

I hope, you can help me now better

greetings

Some more infos:

EMule download-limit 500kB /UL 70kB

Serverlist from "peerates.net/servers.pnp". Connects mostly to "EMule Security No. 1 & " or "EDonkey Server No.2"

there are 10 servers on this list, none in switzerland or germany.

No. You can connect the PC by LAN or by wireless, but there is only one router in the chain.

You turned off UPnP and I see nothing about forwarded ports. Have you tried this guide?

"UPnP switched off in EMule and in Router (but tried both on, without result)"
You see that I tried it.
Will try now static IP and Port forwarding.
