But since you posted it in FR, let's call it a request. eMule was not designed to be portable, it's Windows only application.
Long time ago those who wanted to have a close relative of eMule in other OSes created amule (www.amule.org). Maybe you could ask there.

I have to admit, my first thought about eMule on Android is "Who would want to use P2P on their mobile phone via 3G?", but the idea of running it on your phone connected to your wireless router in order to save energy (and reduce noise) is compelling. Unfortunatly that doesn't makes it happen

Your best chance might be to use either a notebook of the powersaving kind - can be <10W,
or one of these nifty thingies : synology NAS (~180€, plus the harddisk(s) )- I forgot the exact numbers, but I think it was around 12W/idle and 20W/busy.

A quick search led me to GetEd2k, which passes eD2k links to a *Mule/mlDonkey server somewhere around the world, so it could, maybe, do a bit of what you want to achieve?

you could find free internet downloader on the internet and get it to run on a phone, then paste the links in there and it will download off of ed2k on your phone. As of a few years ago when I tried it, it didn't allow you to search the emule network but maybe it has been upgraded since.
