i have 2 computers in different places (different locations, ip, etc.. but the same ISP)
both with emules working perfectly for the past 2 years !!

suddenly, one of them has the following behavior:
- all the downloads start to get sources
- after a minute or less, the decrease until no sources at all or 1 to 2 sources max. usually my other computer is one of them

the strange thing is even when both emules connected to the same server with the same downloads - the good emule shows a lot of sources and the problematic just decreases to zero sources (or really really few).

in general : high id, open ports & firewall

the only difference between the two : the problematic emule connects via static ip. i have the same IP there for the past 2 years. but all was ok before.
this problem exists one month now..

i do not want to reinstall this emule because it has a very nice ul/dl ratio.

HELP is needed.
