Exactly what model are you trying to configure?
I'm not using Zyxel 650... myself. But by googling around it seems that 1234 as User Name and 1234 as Password could be defaults.
But according to this paper: http://www.movistar....ompactGuide.pdf , the defaults seem to be admin as User Name and 1234 as Password.

my router is syxel p-660hw-t1 v3
How new is it? Is it brand new?
By any chance have you changed the password before?
After reading this: http://portforward.c...rd/redirect.cgi I would also try admin as a possible Password or just leave the password field blank.
EDIT: Hmm, according to the ZyXEL P-660HW-Tx v3, Quick Start Guide the Admin Password is 1234 and the User Password is user.

Yeah, maybe that's the best way to go. Perhaps you even can find some information about it on their home site?
The normal solution when you can't login with a Username and password is to reset the router to factory default. But then you have to configure the router again, otherwise you will not be able to connect to internet. I can't promise you that the passwords will be resetted to the normal defaults, so there might be a chance that you can't login afterwards anyway. So unless you are not 100% sure what you're doing, then don't do it.
I find it strange though that your ISP hasn't supplied you the information if they have changed the passwords. Have you read all the papers if any? Checked everywhere on the router? Perhaps there is a label somewhere...

By the way, have you tried UPnP?
PS. Resetting router to factory defaults should take care of passwords; otherwise it would not be "factory defaults".
