In the Transfers tab grid, whe have 3 date columns: seen complete, last reception, added on.
Having an extra column with title "most recent date" and displaying the most recent date of the 3 existing columns could help sorting out quickly "dead downloads".

Thanks in advance!

Actually "seen complete" shows that already. If the file was not seen comlete for long period time, after which you consider it as dead, than it's dead. And it's not less dead if you received a part of it recently, because you still probably won't be able to complete it.
So poste ich richtig! (besonders Punkt 2 beachten)

In my opinion Seen complete should behave like Last time seen complete.
I made a small code change and it works for me; also it was posted long time ago.

I always understood "seen complete" as "last time seen complete"... Any difference?

Well, I see what you mean. But it is not quite the same.

Sometimes (it is not unusual), when you added a new download, it may take some time before it will be seen complete (1-2 weeks).
During that time, if you sort by "last time seen complete", that new download will appear in your "dead" list, and you will have to manually check if you have to remove it or not...

Concerning the "last received date", I agree that it is not the most important thing, and may be a false indicator... If a column "maxof(seencomplete, dateadded)" would be added, that would already be quite satisfying! :)

I see... yeah, might be useful in some cases, but really only "maxof(seencomplete, dateadded)"... or maybe better configurable, so that everyone can choose, what he wants, although I don't think that last received is of any use in that case.

Of course there's a difference. At least two more words. :)

Well. You're getting to much in the depths of eMule for me... ;)
The point I was pointing out was about the behaviour of the only "*seen complete" column we have acces to in the downloads grid of the latest official version.
Of course there are maybe some custom builds answering my question... ;)

I'm not sure that that request is important enougth to get custom configuration (which I assume would make programming more complex).
A simple "maxof(seencomplete, dateadded)" in a future version would be great enougth for me! ;)

I'm just not sure of what should be the title of the coulumn, so that everybody understand what it means:
"last of seencomplete/added"
"seen complete extended"
...?

In simple words: the data is never updated once it's filled. Currently it could be called First time seen complete in this eMule's session.
I never heard anything from devs what they think about my code change; and I don't know if anyone used it in mods.

Behold, the clown returned.
Do you have anything to say on the topic - at least remotely useful?
