Do a lot of work would be to add the settings / folders option: Only a file indexing? Currently, once in a while I add briefly catalogs from different disks to make available to it after a while, turn off sharing. Thus in searching for files they appear green and not a second time downloading the same files.

The process of calculation ed2k file id is called hashing, not indexing. You can get the same result (add known files) if you add files to shared while it is to eMule disconnected.
