Yesterday i tried this mod for the first time and immediately i found a bug. I can't change sharkx's features because i see this popup (maybe it's related to quickstart):

same here,also with clean install. it appears to me when i tried to change "file buffer" size.

It's because of the quickstart TIME entry - this must be between 8 and 18... default is 10 but taz forgot to set default values on clean installs.
If you want to fix it:
Preferences.cpp - move that block of code:

which sharkx release have added that ? because i cannot see it in the last release. however do you have to import some files from other client ? or what ?

This function added in 0.5e and i don`t see information about remove it (http://forum.emule-project.net/index.php?showtopic=126436&st=0).
I want to import parts from unfinnished downloads from e.g. DC++ client or corrupted files downloaded from www or unarchive from zip and rar files. In MorphXT it`s named "Imports parts to file" (or something) under right mouse button, but now Morph doesn`t connect to server ;/

It doesn`t work. I think this import only *.met + *.part files, not e.g. *.avi. Morph do it...

i don't think that it works with dc++ downloads ....it works only with eD2k clients such as eDonkey, Shareaza etc. and with unfinished torrents.

This function should by added in 0,50e release and i can`t find it in version 2,1. I can`t find it under right button button, i can`t find it in options. Maybe i need to edit preferences.ini? But what i need to add?
DC++ downloads is files without end, I could always import them in MorphXT...

I'm not totally sure, but emulefuture v1.1 seems to not have the import-parts feature.
Given that sharkx v2.1 is based on emulefuture v1.1, probably it does not have that feature too.
Previous versions of sharkx seem to have it, instead.

in the sharkx 2.1 there's "import downloads" in the tools button...then if this not works i really don't know.

SS1900 NO, this is not it, basic eMule have this option!
xilolee, this is it! Last version that had this option is 1.2, then it`s gone. Thanks for help, now i need wait to implement it or try get to work MorphXT... Again many thanks!

He would want to use the "import parts to file" feature, that it is a different thing than tools-"import downloads".
Official emule does not support it (it isn't implemented); it "was born" (developed) by slugfiller (IIRC) and implemented in its mod.
Later, that feature has been implemented in morphxt mod, sharkx mod, zzul bastard mod (i don't know about other zzul mods), and many other mods.
It has got the purpose to avoid the (development and the) download of tools like MetFileRegenerator, KnownMetinator, DonkeyDoctor, MetMedic, and similar tools.
