Hello,

I have two harddisks:

C:\
D:\

I installed eMule and used the following
two paths for "Temp" and "Incoming" files:

C:\Users\Username\Downloads\eMule\Temp
C:\Users\Username\Downloads\eMule\Incoming

Then I decided to use my other harddisk for
eMule downloads and changed the paths to:

D:\eMule\Temp
D:\eMule\Incoming

Now I have the problem that on every startup
eMule generates an empty folder at this path:

C:\Users\Username\Downloads\eMule


I think this is a bug. Please note that I'm
NOT talking about the config folder which
is at the right location on my system.

Have you used categories before the change?

Uhm categories? Sorry I don't know what you mean.

Only the eMule folder is created, no incoming/temp folder. This is because of the shared usage setting and basically fine, but as he MOVED his incoming/temp dirs there is no need for that folder to get created anymore.

By the way: categories (aka Kategorien).
But I suppose when you didn't know about them you didn't create one.

That's right, I never used them.

The problem still exists with emule 0.50a
