Hi all, If you download a whole music album as "one" mp3 file, how do you separate each song from that one mp3 file?

if at all, it would be suitable for "offtopic" section, imo.
But extended discussion and support for what we download is not wanted.
Imagine this is a Volkswagen minivan forum, we'd talk about the car, not what we tranport with it.
Anyway, you need a sound editor, (or a player with minimum edit/ write functions) :

Audacity and SoX are the only 2 I know from that list, both can do what you want.
Personally I would do this in Winamp (mediaplayer) with the diskwriter output plugin. (commercial software, gratis for personal use.)
