Since few months ago, almost 80% of the musics downloaded, I can't listening, the mp3 file (or my player when try to play the music) ask to download / install a codec from codec-mp3.com, I have installed and my Players still can;t play the song asking again do download the same CODEC. I don;t know what is happing but for the most recent songs it seems they come with a Codec that doesn't work. I have already installed also FDD Show COdec Pack, but I'm still having problem, What can I do to solve the problem with so many different Codecs?

Hi Padeiro,
Welcome on the forum,
+1 for Tuxman, look for a malware involved. You can ask for help on your antimalware forum (you have Norton, KP or Bitdefender? etc.) There are specialists of the ZHPdiag file to check out malwares...
I guess some mp3 files you found recently on the web are fake, stuffed with a trojan and drive you towards an anti-P2P server.
Good luck,
T.

It is not a good idea to install many different codecs; quite possible that different codec packs would not work well together.
Depending on your OS, mp3 support could be already built in. Also there are players like VLC, which have a few built-in codecs, so that you barely need to install anything else.
