I got a report here that eMF still reports being v1.0.
I checked the sourcecode and it's fine so obviously V$ messed something up again... and as I don't know what side effects that could have, I completely rebuilt the 1.1 version.
SF and ed2k links are updated - I urge all mirrors and users to re-download the latest version and replace the old one!

That's not a bug, just a (possibly) wrong translation - feel free to contact the translators or grab the .rc and fix it and send it to me

I want to know if these two options work properly, or they do not work only for me:

Updates settings
IP Filters tab - override "new downloads starts in paused mode"
and
IP Filters tab - set an upload priority (I see no changes in "Shared Files" upload column)

I didn't hear (or read) of any issues with those features but I'll check them...

EDiT: Just tried: both are working properly, though I'll change the code a tiny bit in the next release.

Well, by default eMule will push eMule collection files below some file size (IIRC 10kB?) by directly adding users requesting such files to upload. Such files complete very fast and it'd be nonsense to keep users in queue for such a file for very long.
I've rewritten that feature so that it now works for ALL files below the specified "small file size", i.e. if you enter "50", all users requesting a file below 50kB will get into your upload without wait time.

It's very strange! I have tried many times with two different PC and two different OS (Win 7 and Win XP) and both doesn't work properly.
The same thing happens with SharkX and with the old Ackronik.

I tend to believe issue exists in eMF v0.7 (@CIPFilter::UpdateIPFilterURL for already downloaded, thus shared, file) from which code was taken (c&p for both AcK < v6.0 and SharkX < v2.0, and merged to eMF v1.0 ===> eMF v1.1 ===> SharkX v2.0).
It's of very little (if at all) importance due to Small File Slot introduced with eMF v1.1 (===> SharkX v2.0)

Well, I tried it on Win7 x86 Ultimate and it worked straight away... if you can give me some details on your config (maybe send me your 2 pref ini files), I can try to reproduce and trace the issue.

IDS_ON/OFF are lowercase, IDS_GLOBAL_ON/OFF are already uppercase.

Changing the resource will only fix it in the list and screw it up at another another place then. So try to understand again

No, I won't. The string in the Italian .dll seems to be wrong - fine.
The string in orig eMF (English) is correct though lowercase - who said that wasn't intentional!?
