[Stulle]

Hi people,

Despite numerous delays I am happy to finally give you 12.1. This version is fixing some errors and improves some other functions. If you got 12.1 I am really sorry for any troubles. 12.2 Hotfix fixes your troubles. Also be sure to update *all* country files!

This version fixes the bug with downloading large files (>4GB). It also adds the possibility to display more countries, thanks to tomchen1989's contribution. Additionally, it now offers the possibility to update the ip-to-country.cvs on a weekly bases automatically.

The installer has also been overhauled and now offers more functionality for Windows Vista and Windows 7. Other functions have been fixed, as well.

well, i was just checking that code and thought like "what is that doing there?" iirc, leuk_he added it to Morph at some point and then, i figure, somebody made it redundant again but did not bother removing that code as well. anyhow, really just a minor thing. the changes around the web interface were somewhat more severe. and of course the installer which, i think, is now in a nice state to be used for more than just installing. however, i doubt i would ever have bothered with one if leuk had not created one and heiler did his fair share to push me to the right directions to do the changes i did.

btw, i added the installer script to the src + libs package.

And I think we forgot a BIG thanks to moloko+ about the libpng 1.4.1 setting to solve the compiler warnings about dll's to lib's.
