I would also advise you to mention which version of Morph your clients are based on. Right now it's not an issue because 0.50a means it's 12.0 based but once 12.1 is released there will be a difference and the users will like to know which version your clients are based on.

or should i add in "about" in mod ?

Exactly. Because the info is not there in the changelog for every version. This way the users always know which version it's based on.
