Where do you think the mouse pointer is located?........ It's on the main toolbar!
It even happens when the toolbar is hidden:
Steps to reproduce:
0. At least one transfer-toolbar button must be enabled, in order to activate the hover-glitch.
1. Go to another section (e.g. Shared files or Search).
2. Go to Transfer section again and wait for 2-3 seconds.
Sometimes it happens when the eMule window loses and receives focus.
The hover-glitch is lost if you move the mouse over that toolbar.
It doesn't matter where the toolbar is placed. However, it doesn't happen if the toolbar is undocked, but there is another bug here: If you go to another section and then back to Transfers, the toolbar becomes docked.
I'm using Windows XP x64 (I don't think 32- or 64-bit matters).
