Hi everybody,
My first post here.
I really don't know how to search for this, so I'm just gonna go ahead and ask.
This happens quite frequently:
After a long time waiting on queue, I finally connect, only to be sent to the back of the queue again without downloading all I could.
Why is this happening? Shouldn't i get a full download of everything that client has at that time before being dispatched?
Thank you.

Thanks for the prompt reply, xilolee!!
I see how this would be a feature for big files that need to spread, especially new releases.
I don't see how this could be a feature for files so rare that if one or two guys in the globe decide to erase them, they would become completely unavailable.
Those are the sort of files I'm most eager to finish and most frustrated to get stalled on.
In any case, I got my answer.
