I have 2 drives on my laptop, one for system files one for data.
Does it make a difference where Emule is installed?

Suppose emule has caused damages to the hardisk, then if it is installed on the system drive, then I will need to reisntall all the programme files.
If Emule is on the data drive, then I will probably need to rescue all other data on that disk, is this so?
What about on an USB drive? But will the increased data transfers between the laptop and the USB be potentially threatening to either/both parties?

Please, somebody help.
And thanks.

No reason for eMule causing damage to the HD, unless you think that (heavy) reading and writing is a reason.
No difference in performance for installing on any HD. You can also install eMule in system drive but set path for config and temp folder in data drive.

Cheers :D

I have eMule installed in an external Hard Drive so that I can move it from a desktop to a laptop a vice-versa, and it works perfectly !
