Preferences.ini (click)

o BindAddr=<IP>
Binds eD2K/Kad+WebServer sockets to specified IP address which is usefull if you have multiple local IPs.

• ignoreinstances
Allows the execution of multiple eMule instances.
Note:
For two eMules running on the same machine they must be installed to different folders, must have different temp folders and also the ports used by each eMule have to be unique. It is not recommended to run two eMules concurrently apart from testing purposes.

I don't know if this one can exist also in the preferences.ini, but i think no ...

IIRC, there's also an ignoreinstances option for preferences.ini.

Anyway, I think those options are mainly designed for debugging purposes, and that they should not be used here (they allow two emule instances to use the same config files...)

To run two emules with different config files, they must be configured to:
- store config and downloads in the program directory (last option in extended options), which may cause problems with vista and above, unless emule is installed outside the program files folder.
- use different ports

Could be considered as the male counterpart to zap mama. It's really worth a try, even if you hate hip-hop...
