How can I stop the "Handling of ed2k links"?
I don't want emule to start and take an ed2k link that I accidentaly press while surfing....

I've accidentaly pressed the button[options-general-Handle ed2k links], and it can't be depressed....

I'll do it manually. What do I have to delete from these:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ed2k\shell\open\command
Name: (Standard)
Type: REG_SZ
Data: "Path to emule.exe(with quotes!)" %1

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\ed2k\shell\open\command
Name: (Standard)
Type: REG_SZ
Data: "Path to emule.exe(with quotes!)" %1

The whole ed2k class? or only the open/command one?

I think you could delete whole ed2k branch.
These two entries eMule creates when you press the button in Options (also could be made by installer).

I've deleted them manually.
It doesn't seem to handle ed2k links anymore, but the button is still greyed.

There should be also eMule keys for handling collections.

You can readd the entries to registry when you want eMule to handle the eD2K links.

Cheers :D

Did you restart eMule after deleting the registry keys?
It said: "Insert disk #3 into drive...", but only 2 will fit...?!?

Yes. The whole system, in fact.
