Hello,
sometimes I have a finished movie download, but no time at the moment, I want to watch the movie next day.

My current way:
a) open the file view, search for the file, open the explorer using the context menu and drag&drop the file to the desktop
B) or, make a rightclick on the category tab in the transfer window, open the explorer using the context menu, search the file and drag&drop the file to the desktop

But when the folder contains 100 TV series with similiar names, it's not easy to find the finished movie.

An entry "Create Desktop shortcut" in the transfer contextmenu would be nice.

Peter

... you should create a shortcut to that folder. Creating 100 shortcuts on the desktop isn't IMO very smart.
So poste ich richtig! (besonders Punkt 2 beachten)
Für alle, die was heruntergeladen haben und nicht wissen was sie damit anfangen sollen: endun.gen.

My Computers: LinkDesk LinkLap
BOINC ...and you can always say you're working on a science project.

No no no, thats Not what I mean.
I have the following movies:
EMule_TV_Episode_1
EMule_TV_Episode_2
EMule_TV_Episode_3
EMule_TV_Episode_4

I have 1,2 and 4 already, now Epsiode 3 is finsih, but I have no time yet, I want watch it next day.
At the moment I must use a) or B) to create a desktop shortcut for Episode 3.
A direct way to create from the transfer window a desktop shortcut, when the download is finished, would be much easier.

How about this approach:

* In eMule, create a category "Watch next".
* When a file completes that you want to watch soon, move it to the "Watch next" category.

Would this approach help you to organize your downloaded files?
It said: "Insert disk #3 into drive...", but only 2 will fit...?!?

It's not really perfect, because I must move the movie back in the folder "TV Series",
but better than my current way, thanks for this suggestion.
