Windows 7 And Emule Not creating folders at Install

I have a clean copy of Windows 7 installed. After installing Emule and starting the program a number of errors occure.
The program itself will run but you can't do anything, no downloading. I'm running version 049c. If you want the errors listed I can do that but I would suggest you install emule into Win 7 and see for yourself. I know the'll be a new verson, but any idea as to when?

0.49c works fine on Windows 7, provided you use the updated installer (eMule0.49c-Installer2.exe), otherwise you have to manually change the shared usage setting.

OK, then where do I get emule 049c installer-2. If you say just download emule again, I did and I have the same problem. I get all kinds of "didn't create ___" on installation. So how would changing the shared ussage help?

Well, the only one that I know of is 049C at emule.com, is there somewhere else to get emule? Is this a seperate installer? please excuse the stupidity but I download what is offered. If there is something else I'm missing please let me know. I can learn.
