The traffic page is idle most of the time and I get no downloads...Uploads are fine and have thousands of Mbs being uploaded...but dowloads are too lazy to appear...how can I induce the traffic page to have more downloads and be less time idle?
Any ideas?..

I have read the Koran of the stickies and I could not find anything practical...so iI was asking for help...

I went through the pages I obtained clicking your links and I still dont get the reason why my traffic page is idle...and most of my servers listing is in low id. (in this moment I have only two High Id servers out of a listing of 350)...It gives the impression of a crashed network in which nearly no server is working and my listing was obtained from the main official E mule servers listing site in the internet...unfortunately I didnt find the answer in the Koran of the stickies...so I dont know what to do.Who can have any idea?

I'm not sure what you mean by high and lowID servers. It's you that has the high or lowID, not the servers. They inform you of your status. But start from basics - use torpons guide and get a good list. (if you have 350 servers at present, then you have almost 350 fake useless servers) Then you can see if you need to work on ID status, or search for new files to download etc.

We can't help you unless we know what's going on with your mule.

If you use the ipfilter, maybe you did not tick the option "filter servers too" (in options security)

Is there a reason why you didn't follow the serverlist guide that I linked for you? already told you you have around 350 fake servers which aren't going to help you at all.

You should probably base your upload limit on your internet speed, and not on your LAN speed.
do an online speedtest when you have no p2p or other bandwidth-using programs running to see what your speed is.

I did all the changes you suggested me and I will watch my traffic page for a period of three days in order to ascertain if the changes were fruitful...
For the moment it seems that the traffic page took no notice of the changes...but we will see in 48 hours what is happening...I will try to send you a personal message...Thanks for your help...

Up to now my emule traffic page is the Upload Capital of the Nation...it only uploads thousands of Kbytes but downloads is almost zero and its set in my favorite server...but it doesnt download anything...I am really very sad about this crash in the downloads...Emule only finds files for others and not for me?...I must have an enormous credit up to now...

sorry, but if you wont provide the information we've asked for, I don't see how we can be expected to offer you any help. Perhaps xilolee has the patience and a crystal ball to be able to help you further, but with the info you've (not) given, other than saying this may be a problem caused by bad servers or lack of sources, (and you wont' tell us how many sources you have, let alone how many of them are listed as on queue, and you haven't said that you have not got rid of your fake servers) there is nothing more I can or will do to try and help.

1) how many servers do you have?
2a) do you use the emulepawcio ipfilter or no?
2b) if you use it, have you ticked "filter servers too" in options security?
2c) if you do not use the emulepawcio ipfilter, go in options server and untick all the options, delete all the servers, and in the servers tab "update server.met from url:" (do not click it, copy and paste it!) ---> http://www.peerates.net/servers <---
3a) how many downloads do you have in the transfers tab?
3b) how many found sources do you have? (statistics --> transfer --> downloads --> session --> found sources)
3c) how many on queue sources do you have? (statistics --> transfer --> downloads --> session --> found sources --> on queue)

I had the same problem as you were experiencing and I found all the answers that I needed in the manual and one or 2 of the stickies were also quite helpful, so I don't see why they can't help you as well!!
