I've been using this mod for a couple of days and it's working well so far. USS responds well and upload rate is very steady.
This is why ZZUL and ZZUL based are used by releasers - I'm glad nothing is broken (... yet
).

One thing I found a bit confusing is the MinQR in the Speed column, maybe if you grayed out the inactive transfers it would be instantly clear to the user that since the transfer is a bit grayed it's probably not transferring at the moment and therefor the number in the speed column can't be transfer speed.
When downloading there's always (since it shows speed) the [k/m]b/s - however due to column width it might be missed. For now you can stop the mod, manually add "ShowActiveDownloadsBold=1" (hidden option of official) to Prefernces.ini and start mod again - then when downloading line will be in bold, otherwise not. From next beta it will be the default (and also current value stored in Prefernces.ini - so only changing it not adding it anymore).
Basically zBOOM is for releasers - it offers ZZUL with some optimizations and "fixes", so it will use reduced resources and be more resilient + very few embedded features (mainly Client Analyzer, few download "enhancements" - since this mod users are supposed to be releasers and it's best that they will share rarest stuff from reliable sources, and very few light "side effects" - such as minRQR). Other hidden possibility is that it's SRC code can be very easily used as a base for other mods (single line - new mod name, single name - other modder, single line - new major release number, ...).

BTW what does the highlights in the search results mean?
The altered
background color of search results is due to FakeAnalyzer (by infinity) which is aimed to try and point accuracy of search results :
GOOD - green
OK - blue
SUSPECT - yellow (since it's not very readable SUSPECT=yellow, aka red+green)
FAKE - red
