No Servers Listed

So over the last few weeks ive noticed my server list has been getting smaller and smaller ... today i opened the programme only to find that i have no severs listed, therefore the programe cant connect.

simple really ... how do i get a server list back?? ... or how can i connect to a good reliable server?

another problem now ... i only have 3 servers listed ... is that about right?

all of which wont allow me to connect, some are saying 'appears to be full' and others are saying 'timed out'

plan of action?

italian support - sezione italiana scaricare la lista server
ottenere id alto impostare le porte nel router
recuperare file corrotti i filtri ip
