Insufficient Disk Space?

i download a file n it has already reach 100% completed.
but the download failed to finalize n bear 'Insufficient disk space' status while i have few GBs more free space in my PC.
why is that?

sory but i'd already solve this (restarting my PC).. thnx.

i hope that i can just cancel this thread..
