After long awaiting for reviving Italy's pride - we're happy to present an updated version of AcKroNiC mod. This new version is based on latest official (0.49b), while preserving most of former AcKroNiC versions features and options.
Special care was given for preserving AcKroNiC reputation by detailed testing of very long serious of betas. We hope the new version will meet your expectations and will carry on the glory tradition of beloved mod ...

On this project will be based the "Israeli brother" AcK friends-il that will be release soon.

There's nothing to thank me for, actually it's the other way around :

Due to the beta testers (here and on friends-il) work the outcome was made (and users will judge or rate it) !

Other ones who ought to be thanked are official devs, zz (libs with proper project files) & eMF (directX includes) who "encapsulated" a VS2005 smooth compilation env. with a very steady exe outcome (an official compiled).

By choosing me as the reviver I actually got an exposure magnitude which otherwise I could only dream about (considering my reputation, skill level, etc.).
P2P is about sharing, ed2k is my choice !

So far I've two things to report:
1. The analyzer log is duplicated in the verbose log, yes you can disable the sub-option but it is enabled by default.
2. Ackronic crashed upon closing (sorry no dump available).

fixed for next version - default off, option controls whether also in verbose log (CA log always holds CA events).

verbose log on disk (if enabled) always holds CA events ...

also for next version hardened (more scenarios for first encounter with such leechers are now covered) no SUQWT for mod/nick thieves (all sharks need sharpened teeth ...).

Note for Vista users : After clean install (running mod exe under the dir BIN was opened), config related stuff (such as servers list, Preferences.ini, etc.) will be stored under config dir. If desired to be stored per user (under c:/users/user name/...) - one must delete empty Prefernces.ini which is located within config dir before first run !!! - at such choice settings will be stored for mod without mixing it with other mods / official settings ...
